RETOUR
Norman Dilworth
Born in 1931, Norman Dilworth is a leading figure in concrete art and geometric abstraction. Using mathematics as his base material, he plays with, composes and assembles forms according to a modular principle offering a thousand and one possibilities. Often monumental, his sculptures - made of Corten steel, stainless steel or wood - are odes to the principles of growth inherent in nature. Norman Dilworth has been creating with the insouciance and candour of childhood for over sixty years.
After spending more than fifteen years in the Netherlands, Norman Dilworth moved to France in 2002. This exhibition marks his return to the Netherlands twenty years later.
